Hey everyone, hope you are safe, flourishing and settling well! The first few weeks of term can be a bit overwhelming for some people so if you’re still trying to find your feet, you are definitely not alone and we are here to support you. From dealing with imposter syndrome to generally navigating life in 2020, there is a lot going at the moment, so it’s absolutely normal to be experiencing a range of emotions.

To support you, here is a short list of useful resources and services:

● Mind: a mental health charity that provides support. https://www.mind.org.uk

● The University’s Coronavirus Information page: https://www.ox.ac.uk/coronavirus/students

Hope you find them useful, if there’s anything I’ve missed out or if you need any additional support, please reach out at: adedamilola.tariuwa@ouengsoc.org.

All the best and please always remember that you are greatly cherished.
